We are indeed creatures of habit but do you find some of your habits irritating, not making you feel good, and you just can’t seem to break them no matter how hard you try?
Bad habits can have an detrimental affect on the following areas of your life:
- Emotional well-being
- Self image
All habits serve a need but you can replace your bad habits with more positive ones through hypnotherapy. I can do this by accessing where automatic behaviour patterns are set up (the things you do and don’t even notice you are doing it).
Common negative habits include:
- Nail biting
- Self medicating with alcohol (nightly wine habit?) or cigarettes to help you feel better
- Soothing your emotions by eating chocolate or junk food
- Thumb sucking
- Hair pulling
- Skin Picking
- Social media / digital
Ditch those old habits that aren’t serving you well and establish new behaviours for better health and wellbeing.
