By making a booking with Hypnoshift, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as follows:

Hypnotherapy Sessions

A committed and motivated client is likely to achieve their realistic goals. Therapy requires commitment and motivation to gain the best results.
As a client you commit to engage with the process both during the session and afterwards with any homework given
Part of the progress happens in the therapy room, and part is achieved through reflection or homework.
A cure is not guaranteed, and it would not be ethical to make this claim.
A guide to therapy duration and the number of sessions required will be provided at the initial consultation however this will be regularly reviewed during your therapy and any changes to this will be discussed with you. Estimates are made from previous clients experiences.
Each standard therapy session lasts approximately 50 to 60 minutes. Please allow longer for the initial session due to a full consultation.
You agree to attend sessions on time, and not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those prescribed by any Doctor you are under the care of.
If your conduct should contravene these standards, then Hypnoshift reserves the right to terminate the session and or refuse any future sessions.
If you are running late for your session, please send a message to 07799 032191. It is not always possible to make up the lost time due to other client commitments. Please understand that the session may have to finish at the originally scheduled finish time.

All session fees are payable in advance via bank transfer. This is due on request of appointment slot.
Only full payment secures the booking.
At least 48 hours notice of cancellation in writing or the full session fee will be charged.
If more than 48 hours notice is given either an admin cancellation fee is chargeable of £25 off your refund, or a reschedule of appointment will not incur the cancellation charge.
Payment methods accepted are: Bank Transfer. Bank details are available on request.
Receipts are issued on request.
